The object of this little book is to give help and instruction tothose who are engaged in this department of mill work. It imparts thatknowledge which only years of thorough study and observation can give.It has been carefully prepared by an experienced Spinner, who hasgiven years of study to it, in order to benefit and help those who areinterested in the Spinning department.
